Friends, Denver metro real estate values were flat in 2023, experiencing an appreciation of less than 1% (consistent with our forecast last year). Despite interest rates increasing 📈 from 6.5% to as high as 8.0%, during the year, buyer demand remained steady, while low inventory levels limited supply.

We sold 41 properties, at all price points, varying geographically from Monument to Fort Collins; Littleton to Elizabeth.
We assisted clients with their property tax assessment appeals, resulting in an average tax savings of over $1,000 per client.
We completed a fix and flip 🛠️.
We provided pro bono advisory services to two local non-profits.

The Zerrs escaped to Grand County for the holidays, where they ice skated ⛸️ in Fraser (Emilia’s first time!), watched the Annual Christmas Lighting 🎄 in Grand Lake, and cuddled up with hot cocoa in Granby. Emilia loves posing for the camera 📸.
Another special holiday season came and went for the Jimenez family. The girls were able to convince Santa 🎅🏼 they had been good, despite mild protesting from their parents :-) Christmas was celebrated with all of Briana's family being in town, and all 12 grandkids being here!
