Property Tax Assessment Appeals - Update
Recently, we assisted clients with dozens of tax appeals. Our 66% appeal success rate more than doubled the 30% 7-county average, (as reported by the Denver Post). Our average and median assessed value reduction 📈 was $75K, which saved clients, on average, approximately $1,000 in taxes over two years.

Bryan’s daughter, Emilia, enjoyed her first Rockies game. She met “Dinger,” made an appearance on the jumbotron, and caught a game home run ball ⚾️ with Dad’s help!
The Zerrs enjoyed the beginning of autumn 🍂 in Grand Lake, where they fished, walked “the boardwalk,” and enjoyed the beautiful fall weather.
Summer vacation 😎 wrapped up and focus shifted towards getting back to school. Jailyn started middle school, so adjustments abound for Team Jimenez. Blakely began 5th grade and Jamisyn, 2nd grade. Needless to say, August was spent just staying afloat! As always, they were sad to see summer go, but the countdown begins ⏱️ for its return!
David is excited that his alma mater, CU-Boulder, won more than a single game 🏈 this year.
